Most programs deliver results using willpower but this is a short term strategy. When your willpower fades so do the results. Furthermore, the willpower journey is usually miserable as you summon extraordinary energy to execute a plan that doesn't have room for fun or the messiness of life. Sure, restrictive formulas can work with strict adherence however, you may even notice that after losing weight, you gain it back quicker... This can be a sign that your metabolism has adapted to these restrictions, by slowing down.
